PowerSHAPE-e is a powerful free 3D CAD software (academic). The software itself supports multiply language environment like Chinese, French ,German, Japanese and etc. The method written below is changing the user interface language in non-English OS.
I installed it on Win7 JA and it comes up with Japanese UI. Then I:
1. Locate the directory of
X:\Delcam\PowerSHAPE-e11223\lib\locale
2. Delete the other languages folder so this directory is like this:
Folder 'C' / Folder 'English'
After that just simply relaunch the software.
PS: I didn't try it on English OS with non-En UI.
