Install AppLocale in Windows 7
1. Download AppLocale from MS site
2. Copy apploc.msi to drive C:
3. Run command as administrator
4. As the command prompt show C:\Windows\System32, navigate to the C: root.
5. Type apploc.msi to run installer.
